CHANGING SPECS and SWAPPING MAINS
Switching your main character can drastically change a raiding guild. We have all worked hard to get gear on a character that will no longer be played to the benefit of the guild. This means that there will be stiff rules and regulations instituted in regards to swapping your main.
REGULATIONS:
- Switching can only be done upon approval of the GM/guild officers.
- Switching will only be allowed when all of the following are met:
*The class you are moving to has a spot for your character.
*You will still be asked to play the "old" character if that need arises.
*The Regulations and Penalties are subject to change at the discretion of the GM/officers.
PENALTIES:
- The new character will be at member status for 4 weeks. After that time you will be moved to Raider status unless you suck at your new class. If you suck you will be given the option of moving back to your old class.
- You will be expected to get your own low level gear before you can raid. This can come from offnight raids and/or pug raids. While your gear may be terrible, you still fall under the hierarchy of looting and may not get all the loot you feel you need because others that can help us in pushing end-game need it more at that time. This is part of your choice to switch characters. You take a back seat until you can pull your own weight.
- Again, officers discretion may be used to alter these guidelines. The process as outlined here will be used on most occasions.
